Terms of Use

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of the TriSync iOS app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We've kept the language plain on purpose.

Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide when creating your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Your account is for your personal use — please don't share it or let others train under it. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us at erictheguan@gmail.com.

Acceptable Use

When using TriSync, you agree not to:

  • attempt to access other users' data or any non-public part of the service;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its backend services;
  • use the app for any unlawful purpose; or
  • misuse connected services (Apple Health, Strava) in violation of their own terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

TriSync offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. All subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple App Store account:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown when you subscribed (or as updated with notice under Apple's rules).
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or in your device's Settings. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

Because billing is handled by Apple, refunds are also handled by Apple under its policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. TriSync cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Not Medical Advice

TriSync provides general fitness and training guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a physician or qualified health professional. Consult your doctor before starting a new training program, and stop training and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. You are responsible for training within your own limits.

Limitation of Liability

We work to keep TriSync reliable and accurate, but the app is provided "as is." In plain language: we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your training decisions, from reliance on the app's guidance, or from interruptions, data issues, or errors in the service, except where the law does not allow us to limit that liability. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Apple's Standard EULA

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls with respect to Apple.

Changes to These Terms

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use TriSync after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
